Michael Phillips, MBA, CTP has over 25 years of experience in various finance and treasury roles. Michael is currently the Director of Treasury at PCI Pharma Services since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructional Coordinator at Colorado State University, where they provided online tutoring, graded assignments, and facilitated learning for students in finance courses. From 2018 to 2021, Michael served as the Director of Treasury and Treasurer at IG Design Group Americas, Inc, where they led the integration of treasury operations post-acquisition and managed cash forecasts. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Treasurer at Hill International, Inc, overseeing a global team and managing relationships with banking partners. From 2011 to 2017, Michael held multiple roles at LS Power, including Director of Treasury and Treasury Manager, where they monitored cash flow forecasts, managed debt portfolios, and supported financial reporting. Michael also served as a Treasury Manager at VisionQuest National, Ltd, where they maintained cash management models, managed the corporate line of credit, and prepared debt compliance documents. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager for the Eastern Region at VisionQuest National Ltd, responsible for budgeting and financial analysis. Michael started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Norbel Credit Union and later worked at Merrill Lynch as a Compliance Specialist and Client Service Manager. Michael Phillips, MBA, CTP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from King's College in 1993. Michael then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University between 2005 and 2007. In 2015, Michael earned the certification of Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals.
