Natashia Eales

Natashia Eales has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory/Technical Quality at PCI Pharma Services since April 2016. In this role, Natashia has also taken on interim positions as Senior Production Manager and QC Manager, focusing on operational improvements and overseeing Quality Control. Previously, at Penn Pharma, a PCI company, Natashia managed the Quality Operations team and was involved in Quality Management Systems and batch release processes. Natashia's earlier career includes roles as a Quality Assurance Officer and QC analyst at Norgine. Academically, Natashia holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Quality and GMP from the University of Strathclyde and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Health from UWIC.
