Neil Lloyd has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical, waste management, and regulatory sectors. Neil then went on to study at Pontypool College from 1984 to 1986, earning A Levels in Chemistry and Biology and O Levels in Economics and General Studies. From 1986 to 1989, Neil pursued a Bsc (Hons) Combined Studies in Science with a focus on Chemistry and Biology at Trent Polytechnic. Later, in 1992 to 1994, they attended Cardiff Institute of Higher Education, acquiring an IWM Diploma in Waste Management. Lastly, in 2001, Neil obtained a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations from Gwent College of Further Education in Newport.
