Paul McCay

Paul McCay has a robust background in engineering and management within the pharmaceutical sector. Since November 2016, Paul has served as the Head of Engineering at PCI Pharma Services, following a progression from Operational Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Paul worked at British American Tobacco from September 2012 to November 2016 as an Engineer and Relief Shift Manager. Paul’s earlier experience includes a long tenure at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Paul held the position of Electrical/Mechanical Projects Engineer from 1997 to 2012.
