Vanessa Rodrigues

Vanessa Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Vanessa is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PCI Pharma Services, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BD from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, providing feedback, and extending offers.

Before joining BD, Vanessa worked as an International Recruiter at Careertrotter in 2017 and as a Recruitment Specialist at MGI Recruitment from 2016 to 2017. Vanessa also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at 2GET Executive Search from 2010 to 2016, where they focused on senior leadership positions and maintained high quality standards in retained executive search.

Vanessa began their career as a Recruitment Intern at Grupo Foco - Recruiting Agency in 2010 and later served as a Recruitment Intern at Trade Rio Serviços e Administração from 2009 to 2010. Vanessa also had internship experiences at Viação Nossa Senhora de Lourdes in 2009 and at ABR Vencer Recursos Humanos from 2008 to 2009.

Vanessa Rodrigues holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Fundação Getulio Vargas in the academic year 2014-2015. Prior to this, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Candido Mendes between the years 2011 and 2012. Vanessa's educational journey began with their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Universidade Veiga de Almeida, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree from 2006 to 2011.
