Jacob Hoyer

Jacob Hoyer currently serves as a Pre-Construction Estimator at PCL Construction, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as a Construction Estimator at DBI Consultants, where responsibilities included providing estimates and sketches using Xactimate, developing claim analyses, and creating reports on building damage. Earlier experience includes a Technical Intern position at Universal Orlando Resort, where Jacob contributed to the Jurassic River Spitter Migration Project and assisted with the Venue Sustainability Evaluation for Transformers. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Central Florida, earned in August 2022, and completed secondary education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2016.
