Juanita Rico

Juanita Rico, PHR, currently serves as the Lead HR Advisor at PCL Construction since October 2025, having previously held roles as HR Business Partner at TSMC and HR Advisor at PCL Construction. With a background that includes experience as a Human Resources Consultant at CBTS, Human Resources Coordinator at Ipro Tech, and Academic Advisor at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, Juanita has developed a strong foundation in HR functions, compliance, and student support. Additional experience includes serving as a Student-Athlete Academic Coordinator at Grand Canyon University and an Assistant Golf Coach at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Juanita holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education with a focus on Sports Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming.
