Louie Shoukas

Louie Shoukas is a seasoned nuclear industry leader with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Chief Nuclear Officer at PCL Construction since November 2016, Louie develops a nuclear division in Ontario, enabling the delivery of major projects. Louie also holds a position as a Board Member for the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries. Previously, Louie was Vice Chair and Chair of the Finance Sub Committee at Markham District Energy Inc. and served in various senior positions at Ontario Power Generation, where notable accomplishments included significant organizational transformations and cost savings. Louie holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
