Todd M. Craigen

President, Eastern Canadian Buildings & Civil Infrastructure at PCL Construction

​In 2019 Todd assumed the role of president, Eastern Canadian Buildings and Civil Infrastructure, based in the Toronto district office. He is responsible for operations that extend from Manitoba to Newfoundland. Todd brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has led major projects in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. Todd studied architectural engineering at the Saskatchewan Institute for Applied Science and Technology, is Gold Seal certified in project management by the Canadian Construction Association, and coauthored a white paper on virtual design and construction (VDC) related to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights project in Winnipeg, MB. Todd draws on his substantial knowledge of project delivery methods, gained from a wealth of geographically diverse experience, to meet each client’s unique needs. He joined PCL’s board of directors in 2019. To give back to the industry and the community, Todd has served as a board director for the Ottawa General Contractors Association, the Saskatoon Construction Association, and the Saskatchewan Construction Association, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Ontario General Contractors Association. Todd is also proud to coach little league baseball.
