Lokesh Kataria

Lokesh Kataria is a Non-Executive Director at PCL Health. Lokesh has previously worked as an Agile Transformation Coach, Agile Coach, Lead Transformation Coach, and Programme Manager. Lokesh has also served as a Team Lead and Scrum Master.

Lokesh Kataria has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Lokesh began their career as a Team Lead at BNP Paribas in 2000. In 2009, they transitioned to Lab49 where they served as an Agile Coach and Programme Manager. Lokesh then spent four years as an Agile Transformation Lead at PACE Group Of Companies before joining Caplin Systems as an Agile Coach and Programme Manager in 2013. In 2015, they joined Barclays as an Agile Coach. The following year, they took on the role of Agile Transformation Coach at Nordea where they were responsible for implementing Scaled Agile in Digital Banking across 4 Nordic countries.

Lokesh Kataria holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.

Lokesh Kataria has a certification from the Disciplined Agile Consortium as a Certified Disciplined Agilist. Lokesh also has a certification from Lean Kanban Inc. as a Certified Kanban Practitioner. Furthermore, Lokesh Kataria has a certification from APMG-International as a Prince 2. Additionally, they have a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a SAFe SPC 5.0. Lastly, Lokesh Kataria has two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, one as a Scrum Master and one as a Scrum Product Owner.
