Andrea Wilbur, MS HRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee development. Andrea has held various senior HR roles in leading companies such as PCLaw | Time Matters, Adwerx, BASF, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Credit Suisse, Fidelity Investments, Florida Public Utilities Company, and Quantum Resources.

At PCLaw | Time Matters, Andrea served as the VP of People and Culture, focusing on enhancing the company's core values and contributing to its growth. In their role as the Interim Director of Human Resources at Adwerx, they collaborated with the business on payroll administration, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning needs.

Throughout their career, Andrea has worked closely with business leaders to address talent and workforce planning needs. Andrea has managed nationwide talent needs, facilitated customer needs analysis, and implemented strategic plans to meet those needs at companies like Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Credit Suisse, Fidelity Investments, Florida Public Utilities Company, and Quantum Resources.

Andrea's expertise includes developing competencies, revising workforce and organizational designs, managing talent, and reducing recruiting costs. Andrea has successfully managed high-exposure initiatives, insourced a Technological Center of Excellence, and implemented advertising, sourcing, and retention strategies.

Andrea Wilbur, MS HRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at Florida International University - College of Business, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in English from Florida State University in 1996.

In addition to their education, Andrea has obtained two certifications. In 2010, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
