Frederic Garde has a total of three work experiences. Frederic started their career in 1993 as the Director of Administration and Finance for Electromed International Europe, a subsidiary of a Canadian group. In 1998, they joined Munters as the Director of Administration and Finance, where they were responsible for various areas including controlling, reporting, and acquisitions. In 2005, they became the CFO for PCM, a global manufacturer of volumetric pumps and fluid management systems. In 2012, they were promoted to Deputy Managing Director.

Frederic GARDE attended the Paris School of Business from 1988 to 1991, where they earned an ESG MS degree in Management and Finance. In 1993, they obtained a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF). In 2016, they pursued a 52ème cycle in Intelligence Économique et Stratégique at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN). Frederic also attended the Centre d'Etudes Stratégiques de la Marine/Ecole de Guerre in 2019 as an Auditeur CESM-EdG for the cycle "La France: puissance maritime et navale". Lastly, in 2023, they completed a course at the Click Institute in "How to CLICK - Engaging & Effective Communication and Business Presentations" with a focus on human development and family studies.
