Prudhvi Gandamalla

Prudhvi Gandamalla is the Manager of Dealer Participation & BI, placing her in charge of ensuring their BI solutions exceed their customers’ expectations and business needs. She is also the Product Owner and subject-matter expert of their PCRS Reinsurance Module where she guides the development of new features and functionality. She helped Mark build the module from scratch to include viewing individual sales performance for dealers, claims activity, earnings, financials, and accounting statements.

She began her career working at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst performing quality assurance on user applications. Here she developed a fascination with code, and that curiosity pushed her to pursue a Master’s degree in IT. Her drive led her to start an internship with PCMI, where she utilized the progressive and fast-paced atmosphere to gain priceless industry experience. The dedication she showed during her internship eventually led Prudhvi to a position in leadership. Prudhvi now uses her past QA experience in her current role as a Developer to implement features, fix bugs, and write correct, high-quality code.

Prudhvi graduated with a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
