Mary Andriko

Mary Andriko has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field, primarily in the areas of real estate settlement services and title claims. Mary started their career in 2011 as a Senior Counsel at PC Law Associates. In 2014, they joined PCN Network, LLC as the Director of Operations, Legal & Compliance, where they were responsible for risk management, operation management, and business development. Mary Andriko's role focused on state and federal regulatory compliance, mortgage and lending law, loan disbursements, closing stream process, and RESPA and CFPB compliance. In 2018, they moved on to become a Director at First American Title, where they currently work.

Mary Andriko completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History at Duquesne University in 2003. Mary then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in 2010.

Since completing their education, Mary Andriko has obtained various certifications and admissions to different bar associations. Mary obtained their Pennsylvania Bar Admission from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October 2010. In December 2010, they obtained the Federal Court Bar Admission for the Western District of Pennsylvania from the Western District Court of Pennsylvania.

Mary Andriko acquired the District of Columbia Bar Admission from the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in May 2013. Mary then obtained the North Carolina Bar Admission from the North Carolina State Bar in April 2016, followed by the West Virginia Bar Admission from the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in September 2016.

In April 2017, Mary Andriko received the Georgia Bar Admission from the State Bar of Georgia, and in August 2018, they obtained the Ohio Bar Admission from the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Mary Andriko also holds the certification of Title Agent, which allows their to practice in 27 states including Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
