Erika Peters

Erika Peters is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Adviseur HR at Unicoz Onderwijsgroep since May 2024, Erika has previously held positions such as HR Manager at CVO groep and HR Business Partner at PCOU Willibrord. In these roles, Erika focused on team management, development, and implementation of HR policies, as well as strategic advisory functions for school leadership in both primary and secondary education. Additional experience includes personnel advising at NUOVO Scholengroep, and earlier roles in recruitment and account management within Randstad and TTP. Erika holds a bachelor's degree in Economisch-Linguïstisch from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has completed further education at NCOI Opleidingen and Nederrijn College.
