Michael Henkin

Michael Henkin, MBA has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Michael is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB), where they serve as a strategic HRBP. Prior to this role, they worked at Guy Carpenter as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing support for the acquisition by Guy Carpenter of JLT Re. Before that, they were a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at JLT Group, responsible for HR support to the JLT Re (North America) Inc. businesses. Michael also has experience working as an HR Consultant for various clients and as a Human Resources Business Partner at National Penn Bancshares, where they managed talent and provided a wide range of HR support. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Mastery Charter Schools, overseeing employee relations and promoting a diverse workforce. Early in their career, Michael worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at SCA Americas and as a Human Resources Representative at Tenet Healthcare- Hahnemann University Hospital.

Michael Henkin, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2015. Before that, they attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their BBA consisted of majors in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Management Information Systems. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they pursued a liberal arts education and obtained an Associate's degree from Bucks County Community College. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained various certifications in areas such as emotional intelligence, business communication, collaboration, self-leadership, and technological skills through LinkedIn Learning. In 2015, they also completed Leadership Training Programs at the Deliver and Develop Levels offered by Achieve Global.
