About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse management, and a thorough understanding of logistics processes. This role will be responsible for supervising the coordination with sales team and managing outward & inward shipments, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

  • Supervise the preparation of orders, including scanning, packing, invoicing, and coordination with different Freight Forwarders for timely collections.
  • Follow up on the processes of delivering and receiving documents for shipments, ensuring compliance with DAFZA and Dubai customs regulations.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare a daily control sheet for received and delivered quantities from the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export shipment by preparing necessary documents of clearance and fully in charge of from its origin country until the shipment is delivered.
  • Actively follow up with AP Team for timely payment of freight and ensure all Freight documents, processes and controls are updated.
  • Support the export supply chain process through planning items pick & pack, online booking with FedEx/DHL, invoicing to ensure customer's requirements are met.
  • Prepare Customs Bill of Entry (CBE) and export Documents as required.
  • Prepare and submit the daily various warehouse reports and ensure timely submissions to the manager.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse facility.
  • Address and resolve staff issues, including complaints and grievances, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set a positive example for the team by demonstrating exemplary behavior and high-performance standards.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Managing over $50 million in inventory and 10 employees in 3 000 square foot warehouse

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency must.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of DAFZA/JAFZA and Dubai customs regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software.
