Tricia Lancaster

Tricia Lancaster, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Tricia started as an intern at ThyssenKrupp in 1998 before moving on to Standard Plastics, Inc. in 2002, where they served as the Human Resources & Office Manager. In 2004, Tricia joined PCTEL as a Human Resources Administrator and quickly progressed to Manager, Director, and eventually Vice President of Human Resources. Tricia has been in their current role at PCTEL since January 2023. Tricia's experience showcases their expertise in managing various HR functions and demonstrates their ability to succeed and grow within an organization.

Tricia Lancaster, SPHR, received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Chrisman High School from 1994 to 1998. No specific field of study was provided for either educational institution.
