Nima Molaei

Nima Molaei has a diverse work experience in the field of regulatory compliance and engineering. Nima started their career as a Faculty member at Azad University Faculty in 2008. Nima then worked as an EMC/RF/SAR Engineer and later became a Team Lead at RCII from 2006 to 2012. Following this, Nima worked at the Research Center of Informatic Industries (RCII) as a Senior EMC & RF Test Engineer from 2009 to 2012. Nima then joined SIEMIC as a Senior Compliance Engineer from 2013 to 2014, where they managed a group of RF/EMC test engineers and technicians. After that, Nima worked at MiCOM Labs as a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Manager from 2015 to 2017, responsible for managing a group of engineers and technicians and supporting certification activities. Currently, Nima holds the position of Managing Director, CEng, Regulatory Compliance at PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, Inc. since April 2019, where they continue to oversee regulatory compliance and technical operations.

Nima Molaei has a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, which they obtained from Iran University of Science and Technology. Nima completed this degree between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Nima Molaei also has several certifications. Nima attended the Measurement of Radio-Noise Emission (ANSI C63.4) Workshop at the Federal Communications Commission in March 2015. Nima also participated in the Testing Unlicensed Wireless (ANSI C63.10) and Licensed Wireless Devices (ANSI C63.26) Workshop at the Federal Communications Commission in the same month. In July 2014, they obtained TCB Reviewer (EMC, RF Exposure, SAR) certification from the Federal Communications Commission. Furthermore, Nima Molaei completed the Statistical Analysis and Uncertainty Estimation course at TUV NORD IRAN - Certification in October 2010.
