Christian Bañadora

Christian Bañadora has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christian is currently working at PDAX | Philippine Digital Asset Exchange as a Senior Officer in the Crypto Reconciliation & Resolution department. In this role, they handle day-to-day reconciliation processes, investigates and resolves discrepancies, and develops process manuals to improve the efficiency of the reconciliation team.

Prior to this, Christian worked at The Citco Group Limited where they held various positions. Christian started as an Operations Analyst, focusing on the daily reconciliation of trading activities and resolving complex issues. Christian was then promoted to Senior Operations Analyst, where they monitored operational deliverables and ensured compliance with audit standards. Finally, they became a Supervisor, leading a team and reviewing reconciliations completed by analysts, while providing feedback and coaching to enhance processes.

Before their time at Citco, Christian worked as a Marketing Officer at Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. Their responsibilities included marketing strategies and campaigns.

Overall, Christian Bañadora has acquired valuable skills in reconciliation processes, team leadership, and marketing throughout their career.

Christian Bañadora attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management. Their field of study focused on marketing and marketing management in general.
