Lauren Mork

Lauren Mork, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at PDCM Insurance since October 2016, Lauren oversees recruitment, onboarding, and employee recognition, while coordinating with the corporate office on broader HR matters. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant and Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed training, policy creation, and benefits administration. Lauren has also interned at HRConnect, LLC, contributing to client projects and employee handbook development. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, along with diverse experience in supporting organizations such as Correll, Sheerer, Benson, Engels, Galles & Demro, P.L.C. and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Iowa.
