Maksym Kharytonchuk

Maksym Kharytonchuk has a diverse work experience in accounting and auditing. Maksym currently holds the role of Director, SEC Reporting, SOX Compliance and Technical Accounting at PDF Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Pacific Biosciences where they managed the financial close process and conducted technical accounting research. Maksym also has extensive experience at KPMG US, where they started as an Audit Manager and later became a Senior Audit Manager. In this role, they led a team and was responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting research. Before joining KPMG US, Maksym worked at KPMG Ukraine as an Audit Manager and Senior Auditor, conducting financial statement audits and managing client relationships. Maksym also briefly worked as the Head of Financial Reporting at KDD Group and as an Assistant Auditor at Ernst & Young Ukraine.

Maksym Kharytonchuk obtained a Master's degree in Economics, Accounting & Audit Specialty with Honors from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics & Entrepreneurship with Honors from the same university from 2000 to 2004. Maksym also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2017, and as a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from ACCA, obtained in 2011.
