Michael Keleher

Michael Keleher has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael started their career at Texas Instruments in 1986, where they held various roles including Technology Transfer Manager and Process Integration roles. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Technology Startup Manager. Michael then became the DMOS6 Product Engineering Manager from 2000 to 2008. Additionally, Keleher worked as a Technology Transfer Manager in a 300mm fab and as a Principal Consulting Engineer. In 2008, they joined PDF Solutions as a Senior Engagement Director/Site Coordinator, engaging with major semiconductor manufacturers to improve yield, cycle-time, and other metrics. Throughout their time at PDF Solutions, Keleher took on different responsibilities including the roles of Account General Manager and Technical Sales Director. Michael briefly held the position of Technical Account Manager, Worldwide Director before becoming the Technical Sales Director in February 2022.

Michael Keleher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University. Michael also has a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Tsukuba.
