Monika Auguscik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monika started their career as a Litigation Paralegal at Seth Lovis & Co. Solicitors in 2014, where they later transitioned to become a Trainee Solicitor, gaining experience in Financial Services, Commercial Litigation/Company Commercial, and Civil Litigation departments. Monika also worked as a Financial Services Solicitor and played a crucial role in building a new legal department for over a year.

In 2016, Monika briefly worked as a Project Support at The Boston Consulting Group before taking on the role of Sponsorship and Partnership Officer at LSE SU Polish Business Society. During their time there, they contributed to the organization of the 5th edition of LSE SU Polish Economic Forum.
