Leigh Kraft

Leigh Kraft has extensive work experience in various roles related to software development, project management, and consultancy. Starting in 1996, Leigh worked as an Information Analyst at EDS, where they managed document management projects and assisted clients in achieving ISO 9000 certification. In 2000, they joined Groundworx Software, Inc. as a Software Developer and Project Manager, developing an integrated suite of applications for small to mid-size companies. Leigh later worked as a Production Change Support Analyst at TIAA-CREF Financial Services, where they coordinated with clients and developers for change management system implementation. From 2001 to 2005, Leigh was a Service Delivery Lead at Warner Bros, leading a custom-built application project for the Station Sales, Contracts, and Clearance division. They also led the design and implementation of a data warehouse for reporting purposes. From 2006 to 2009, Leigh worked as a Senior Business Solutions Architect at Sophoi, where they provided management and led enhancement design for the iPLS IP management software. At Capgemini from 2009 to 2010, Leigh served as a Service Delivery Manager for the Alternative Sourcing Project, managing the transition of 28 applications from Warner Bros. From 2010 to 2012, Leigh worked as a Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle, managing the product roadmap for Oracle's media intellectual property management solution. Starting in 2013, Leigh joined CBS Corporation as a Consultant, where they led enhancement projects for the International and Domestic Television Distribution Sales systems. Most recently, Leigh joined Principal Development Group Consulting in 2020 as the Director of Client Delivery, where they gathered requirements, executed functional design, and managed QA for a B2B portal for a Music Performing Rights Organization.

Leigh Kraft earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. Leigh then pursued higher education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Decision and Information Sciences from 1995 to 1996.
