Sandie Harries

Sandie Harries has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in multinational corporations. Sandie started their career at ASK Computer Systems as an Administration Manager/HR Assistant in 1990. Sandie then worked at CA Technologies, where they held roles such as HR Manager, UK, and Vice President, Human Resources, EMEA. Following this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Warner Estates Holdings PLC and later as the Head of Human Resources at Criterion Capital Limited. Most recently, they held the position of HR Director, EMEA at Avoka before moving to PDI Software in the same role.

Sandie Harries completed their Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Stage I and II at University College, Northampton from 1995 to 1997. Sandie earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources Strategy and Consulting from the same university in 2002 to 2003. Sandie also obtained a Coaching Foundation certification from The Coaching Academy in 2017.
