Dawn Desai

Dawn Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as SVP & GM of International Solutions at PDI Software since April 2020, Dawn oversees operations outside of NAMER. Previous roles include VP Global Channel at NCR Corporation and Owner and Director of Dawn Desai Consulting, where the focus was on enhancing customer value and fostering sustainable growth. Dawn also held key positions at NCR Retail, where responsibilities encompassed driving business growth across multiple European markets, and served as Sales & Business Development Director at Doddle Parcels. Earlier career highlights include significant achievements in channel strategy transformation and account management at NCR Corporation and Fujitsu Services. Dawn's foundational experience began in the Royal Air Force from 1986 to 1994.
