Nicole Wu

Nicole Wu is currently a member of the Board of Directors at American Software, Inc. and serves as Chief Financial Officer at PDI Technologies since September 2019. Previously, Nicole held the CFO position at eVestment from May 2015 to July 2018, where leadership included guiding the company through its successful sale to Nasdaq. Nicole's experience also encompasses serving as CFO for GE Transportation's software platform, playing a key role in the industrial internet growth initiative, and an Executive Finance Manager role at GE Healthcare, overseeing financial responsibilities for a $800 million business. Nicole's career began with General Electric as an Audit Manager for the Corporate Audit Staff. Nicole holds a BS in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned in 2000.
