Harsha Vardhan is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in design and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Pragmatic Design Solutions since January 2024, Harsha previously held roles at SACHA as Project Manager and Project Leader, focusing on the design integration of interior trims for the Radford P62. With extensive experience at McLaren Automotive Ltd., including positions as Senior Specialist and Project Engineer, Harsha contributed to new product design projects for European hypercars. Early career experience includes roles at Ford Motor Company, McLaren Automotive Ltd., Chrysler Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd., and Subros Limited, with a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institution of Engineers and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Polytechnic.
