Natalie Reibert has extensive experience in human resources management. Natalie is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources at PE Management Group, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing all HR initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Belmont Park Entertainment, where they provided strategic HR support for the organization and cultivated a positive culture across the park. Natalie also held various leadership positions at Target, including Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, Executive Team Leader of Operations, and Executive Team Leader in Assets Protection. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Associate at Magnifi Group, Inc. and as a Student Administrative Assistant at the University of San Diego.
Natalie Reibert attended the University of San Diego from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business. In 2008, they also attended the Fundación Jose Ortega y Gasset for a short period, focusing on Marketing, Management, and Spanish Language. Additionally, in June 2018, Natalie obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
