Jim Christopher has extensive work experience in the fields of technical facilities services, corporate real estate, and operations and construction management. Jim is currently serving as the Director of the Technical Facilities Services Group at PEA Group since February 2021. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at FM + C from 2001 to September 2021, where they provided guidance and support in various facility-centric disciplines to a diverse and international client base. Before that, they worked as Senior Vice President of Operations and Construction at Holt Construction & Development Management from 1987 to 2000, overseeing all construction-related activities and facility management functions for a regional developer.
Jim Christopher earned an MBA in Operations Research and Management as well as Strategic Planning from Oakland University between 1977 and 1979.
