Bryan Mauller

Bryan Mauller, JD, MBA, serves as Associate General Counsel - Commercial - M&A at Peabody Energy since 2024, overseeing legal functions related to mergers and acquisitions, global ethics and compliance, litigation, and data privacy for a significant global energy corporation. Prior to this role, Bryan was Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Safety National, where responsibilities included corporate legal strategy, managing six attorneys, handling corporate governance, and advising executive management on various legal issues. Additional experience includes managing substantial M&A projects, serving as Senior Associate Attorney focusing on litigation and trial strategy, and contributing to compliance and data privacy efforts across multiple legal positions. Bryan holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Missouri St. Louis, and a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
