Lance Ostenfeld

Lance Ostenfeld is an experienced professional in the engineering and business sectors, currently serving as CHPP Manager at Peabody Energy since January 2017, with previous roles as CHPP Superintendent and Process Engineer. Prior to this, Lance gained experience at Rio Tinto from February 2014 to December 2016 as a CHPP Operator and Graduate Process Engineer, as well as at Xstrata Technology and Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre in vacation work roles. Early career foundations include positions at 7-Eleven and Kmart Corporation. Academically, Lance holds a Master of Business Administration from Sydney Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from CQUniversity, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
