Michael Welch

Michael Welch is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Reserve Police Officer at Peabody Police Department since June 2023. With a long tenure at Endicott College since October 2005, Michael has held various roles including Campus Police Officer and Campus Police Sergeant, responsible for supervising public safety functions, conducting briefings, and ensuring report accuracy. Previous experience includes serving as an Auxiliary Police Officer with Topsfield Police Department and as an Assistant Security EMS Supervisor at Erickson Living. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude from Endicott College, along with an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and has completed multiple police training programs.
