Kerri D’Amico

Kerri D’Amico is a property management professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as Director of Capitol Planning/Senior Manager with a primary focus on capital planning and project management. In her role as senior manager, she oversees a portfolio of 1500+ units throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island – a portfolio of project-based section 8, LIHTC, HOME, market, and commercial space. She assists her teams with day-to-day management operations; striving to come up with solutions for everyday challenges and providing strong leadership and measured improvement in site operations. She monitors all work of current refinanced projects, is solely responsible for preparing and submitting the reimbursement packages, and works with HUD and MHFA to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

She acts as a liaison between state and federal agencies for all portfolio-wide site inspections and has a detailed understanding of life cycle; using accurate data and predictive tools that enable the development of realistic and defendable capital budgets in order to effectively prioritize site improvements and enhance property values.
