Becky Morris

Becky Morris's work experience includes positions in various companies and roles. Becky started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Officer at Derichebourg Multiservices Limited, where they provided support for employee relations issues across different locations. Becky then worked as an Acting HR Business Partner at Genesis Housing Group from 2009 to 2011, collaborating with different housing associations. From 2011 onwards, Becky joined Peabody, where they held multiple roles, including Regional HR Business Partner and Head of HR Business Partnering. In their roles at Peabody, they managed teams, oversaw employee relations, and supported the setup of new contracts. Additionally, Becky also served as a Trustee at The Brickfield Trust starting from 2022.

Becky Morris earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Harrogate Ladies' College where they pursued A Level's in English Literature, Geography, General Studies, and Biology.
