Katie Coultas

Katie Coultas is an accomplished professional in technology change and governance with extensive experience in IT and facilities operations. Currently serving as Assistant Director at Peabody since September 2017, Katie drives strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of IT and facilities management across a 35-site environment serving 3000 users. Prior to their role at Peabody, Katie held various positions at Kier Group from June 2005 to August 2017, including Head of IT Service Management and Service Desk Manager, where responsibilities included managing service delivery and improving IT processes. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Information Systems from the University College Northampton.
