Catherine Podlesny

Catherine (Tara) Podlesny is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at PEAC Solutions since December 2023, Catherine previously held positions including Human Resources Business Partner at Longchamp and Human Resources Manager at Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative. Catherine's experience includes significant roles at Quality Packaging Specialists International, GEC Packaging Technologies, and ADM, where responsibilities encompassed HR support for large employee groups, cultural stewardship, data-driven hiring practices, and union negotiations.
