Michael Newton

Michael Newton is an experienced recruiter currently employed at The Arena Group since July 2022. In addition, Michael has worked as an independent contractor for The Peace Center for the Performing Arts since June 2012, focusing on food and beverage services. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Phillips Staffing from September 2020 to July 2022, Pro Shop Manager/Cart Staff Director at The Walker Course at Clemson University from April 2016 to April 2022, and Teaching Assistant at Clemson University Graduate School from August 2017 to May 2019. Michael also served as an Athletic Academic Services Tutor at Clemson University and as an Afterschool Moderator at Pelham Road Elementary School. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Communication, Technology, and Society from Clemson University, earned between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and early education from St. Joseph's Catholic School.
