Donald Clark is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership and program management within various organizations focused on service and development. Currently serving as the Country Director for the Peace Corps since August 2022, Donald previously held significant roles at FEMA from December 2014 to August 2022, including Acting Division Director and Branch Chief of Workforce Generation. Prior to these positions, Donald was the Region Director for AmeriCorps NCCC at the Corporation for National and Community Service and held multiple roles within the Peace Corps from 1996 to 2013, including Chief of Operations for the Inter-America and Pacific Region.
