Richard T.

Richard T. is an accomplished EEO Practitioner with extensive experience in equal employment opportunity roles across various federal government agencies. Currently serving as an EEO Practitioner at the Peace Corps since November 2023, Richard has held positions such as Equal Employment Manager at the Defense Contract Management Agency and Program Officer at the United States Department of the Air Force. Richard has also served as an EEO Officer at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and in multiple HR and EEO roles at other organizations, including the Defense Commissary Agency and NASA. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
