Kevin Pataluna

Kevin Pataluna, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a franchisee at Peace, Love and Little Donuts and Scissors & Scotch, Kevin also owns Outsourced Partners, LLC, a consulting firm focusing on human capital management in various sectors including homebuilding and real estate. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at First Acceptance Corporation, where Kevin oversaw multiple functions for a large organization, and Vice President of Human Resources at Nu-kote International, managing global HR strategies for a sizable workforce. Kevin began a career in safety and health management with positions at Emerson and Ohio Valley Aluminum Co. Kevin holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University.
