Connor Wicks

Connor Wicks has extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and project management within the construction and hydroelectric sectors. Currently serving as a Heavy Equipment Operator at both Baffinland and York since December 2017 and September 2018 respectively, Connor also holds the position of Batch Plant and Crusher Superintendent at Peace River Hydro Partners since June 2016. Previous roles include Project Safety Manager at Kiewit Power Constructors and Foreman at Kiewit, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations related to a hydroelectric project. Connor began the career as a Floor Hand at Precision Drilling and has pursued education in Fire Science/Fire-fighting since 2004, culminating in the 1001/1002 degree. Connor is also an Emergency Response team captain.
