Rhea Hayes

Rhea Hayes is an experienced operations specialist currently working at Peaceful Schools since January 2023, where responsibilities include maintaining operational processes for the Wayne County Community Schools Consortium. Concurrently, Rhea serves as a website developer and creative consultant at RH Creative Services, providing strategic marketing solutions to various organizations since April 2020. Previous roles include serving as executive director for the Museum of Wayne County History, where Rhea oversaw operations and fundraising efforts, and producing content for Celebrity Page TV. Additional experience includes media production internships with Universal Creative and Al Roker Entertainment, teaching assistance at Champlain College, and a graphic communications internship at ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast and Streaming Media from Champlain College.
