Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both Peach and NPA Insurance Ltd since June 2021, Paul has previously held positions such as Interim Divisional Finance Director at Covéa Insurance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Buckles Solicitors LLP. Notable achievements include leading the finance, procurement, and contracts for Post Office Insurance's Home Insurance Transformation scheme and contributing to the development of the Financial Services T-Level within the Department for Education. With a solid educational foundation in Geography from Loughborough University, Paul has a proven track record in financial strategy, commercial negotiations, and managing large-scale projects.
