Darren Holloway

Darren Holloway is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen leadership roles. Currently serving as Head Chef at Peach Pub Company since November 2016, Darren previously held the position of Head Chef at Swan in Broadway from June 2011 to November 2016, and at Lanes Bar & Restaurant from August 2009 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, Darren worked as Chef de Partie at ARIA Sydney from July 2005 to October 2007 and as Junior Sous Chef at Hyltons Restaurant from July 2002 to May 2005.
