Dean is a well accomplished and experienced Human Resources professional from Acworth, GA. She is a SHRM Certified Professional as well as a Certified PHR. Dean has held roles as Human Resources/Payroll Manager, HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits and in her most recent role, Dean Was the Senior Global Benefits Analyst/Manager for BrandSafway. In this role, Dean will be responsible for providing direction and is responsible for execution of the company's compensation and employee benefits programs nationwide. She will ensure that the design, funding, administration, compliance, and communication of the company's total rewards offerings align with business objectives.

In her free time, Dean enjoys sewing kids' clothes, crafts, and helping her husband repair cars. Her greatest accomplishment was raising three beautiful daughters that grew into caring mothers, business professionals, and all-around wonderful women.
