Lisa Nordel

Lisa joined Stonehill in January of 2018 and is primarily responsible for new loan closings. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry that spans across office, retail and multi-family property types.

Prior to joining Stonehill, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer for an Atlanta based multi-family developer financing over $300 million in assets. Earlier career experiences include working for Starwood Capital Group in various roles which include asset management of an $800 million portfolio and Controller for a $3.5 billion real estate portfolio. Lisa’s earlier career experiences include, Regional Controller in the asset management division for a national insurance company.

Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She is a certified public accountant, and an active member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s, Treasurer for the Roswell North Elementary Foundation (501c3), and an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts of America.
