Susan McClure

Susan is responsible for growing and developing Peachtree’s pipeline of leadership and executive talent.

Prior to joining Peachtree Hotel Group, Susan was Vice President and Principal Consultant/North America with Right Management, the global leader in Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Solutions for ManpowerGroup. She led a team of executive consultants in the US and internationally, working primarily with Fortune 100 corporations.

Susan is a strategist, respected leader, storyteller, and innovator with an unfailing belief in the human spirit and the incredible power of possibility. In her 20+ year consulting career, she has served as trusted advisor to executives and key decision-makers as they define, fine, and align their people strategy to business strategy.

Susan earned a BA and MA from Georgia State University and a PhD in Business/Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis.
