Rosa Diaz has over 20 years of experience in guest services within the entertainment industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Guest Services at Microsoft Theater since November 2012. Previous roles include Manager and Employee Manager of Guest Services at the same venue. Prior experience includes positions at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE as Assistant Employee Manager and at AEG/STAPLES Center, where Rosa held roles as Receptionist/Employee Coordinator and Guest Services Supervisor. Rosa earned a degree in Radio/TV Broadcasting, Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from California State University, Los Angeles, between 2000 and 2003.
